Your Invitation To Join
Since launch, we've been working hard to validate the performance of our initial prototypes and finalise industrial design and engineering. In the past year, we have secured application fees paid for an estimated £7.8m in aircraft value, and a Letter of Intent (LOI) for up to 25 aircraft valued at £21.6m, the company is now starting production of its full-scale demonstrator. This is your chance to help us grow even faster. As we take the next steps in scaling the business, the proceeds from this funding round will be used to build our full-scale demonstration aircraft, add to our already expanding team, and develop our production facilities. Your investment will help define the future cityscape as AltoVolo brings advanced air mobility to market.

A Competitive Advantage
The vision for AltoVolo has been constantly developed by a core inner team over years, holistically considering the engineering, aesthetic, manufacture and operation of the ultimate future flight aircraft. Simplicity, compact size and low weight help reduce downdraft and noise, allowing the Sigma to be used in significantly more urban areas. Operating cost for the hybrid Sigma is expected to be less than half that of a small helicopter. The AltoVolo Sigma aims to be the most versatile vertical flight aircraft to have been designed and will, in time, change the way we consider transport.

The vertical flight market is projected to reach $79.9 billion by 2035, growing 16 percent annually (business research insights), with some forecasts putting it at $1 trillion by 2040 (JP Morgan). AltoVolo's team has the track record to capture significant market share, with experience drawn from leading aerospace manufacturers and design engineers who have worked with some of the world's most prestigious automotive OEMS. The Sigma's striking design, fusing the best practices from these industries, has attracted significant commercial interest. AltoVolo has recently taken on a chief test pilot, head of systems engineering and COO and Chief Certification Officer. Giving the team a strong foundation of technical and practical knowledge.

A Business Ready to Scale
A holistic approach to design, engineering
and manufacturing.
At the inception of AltoVolo the founder, Will Wood, Identified an opportunity to provide an exceptional personal VTOL aircraft for the circa 190k private pilot license (PPL) holders in the US and UK. With the understanding that a significantly quieter and more compact aircraft would provide a step change in usability and convenience.
